Flat Roof Extensions

Our flat roof extensions give you the freedom to revamp a space according to your needs and taste. As these expansions are pre-made to your specifications, they are quick and easy to install. Plus, they fully comply with building regulations and a UV value of 0.12W/m2K makes flat roof extensions highly energy efficient. You can fit this addition with a flat skylight, roof lantern or leave it as it is. The glazed options enhance the natural lighting and warmth of your area.

Hybrid Roof Extension

Our Hybrid Roof extensions combine all the benefits of solid and glass conservatory roofs, while giving you the scope to choose where to install glazing. You can even choose shaped glass to highlight your room, meaning you can design a bespoke installation suitable for your home and needs. The striking frame and glazing combinations will ensure your orangery or conservatory stand out, and constructions include at least four corner columns and several in-line columns for additional strength and durability. The Hybrid Roof extension accommodates bi-fold or sliding doors, fusing your indoor and outdoor spaces.

Tiled Roof Extension

Our Tiled Roof extensions optimise the thermal attributes of brick or super-insulated columns and combine these with the lightweight tiling. A splendid vaulted ceiling lines the interior of your addition while genuine-looking tiles crown the exterior. This type of extension can accommodate full-length glass panels to flood a room with natural light and balmy warmth. Energy-efficient glass and an insulated pelmet offer excellent thermal efficiency, letting you open or remove internal doors without compromising comfortable temperatures or spiking your energy bill.

Compatible Styles

Ample 225mm insulation, a ring beam and fully insulated kerb maximise heat retention and energy efficiency. This regulates indoor climates for year-round comfort and reduces energy costs. It also controls vapour to prevent condensation.

Enhanced Features

Thanks to its A++ energy rating, this Hybrid Roof extension is thermally efficient. It comes with a plastered, vaulted ceiling which looks great and provides the perfect space for the installation of spotlights or pendant lighting.

Upgrade Options

An Ultraroof extension is flexible. Opt for a completely solid roof or for 10% glass inserts, which is two glass panels on average. The glazing comes in different colours to showcase your room and improve thermal efficiency.
